Incredibly fruity and floral, with a touch of raspberry and bitter chocolate. This Arabica is descended from the original Tim-Tim coffees planted in East Timor by the Portuguese. The coffee cups very well as a plunger/french press coffee or may be used as a single origin in espresso machines.
